Last night I was determined to bake some bread. There was a small twist, I have no bread pan. The recipe I used was here. Like many people that commented I also modified the recipe because I didn’t have chunky apple sauce (not sure if I’ve seen this in years at the store), I didn’t have 1 cup of white sugar, so I used brown, oh and I used 1 Tbsp of cinnamon in error (this is not the first time I’ve done that). I cut up a peeled apple and threw it in, along with some dried up raisins. After mixing the ingredients I poured into a greased muffin pan and baked for half the time.
At this point I’m sure you can even say I used that recipe, but what you can is that my husband sent me a message saying how tasty they are. I love changing recipes to see what happens.
