I went to vote today and when I walked in and handed over my ID I was asked if I wanted the Democrat or Republican ballot. Last I heard there were a few options but I wasn’t offered them at the poll. I wasn’t informed what the parties stood for, etc. Also my local paper only covered the individuals for the democratic and republican parties. Should I say bias? Can I say bull-shit? Sure, this is my blog. So, I nicely stated that they should be offering all ballets or ask open ended which ballet people would like. I changed my party to Green and I’m not sure of all the ins and outs of the party but from what Daniel read me over my cell phone it was most in line with where I hope our country is headed. But for the polling station, I say, SHAME!
